BUILDERS PERSPECTIVE 🛠️

In this section, we highlight thought-provoking content that is answering burning questions and offering interesting perspectives that today’s tech professionals, founders and builders can use to get inspired.

Today we focus on the concept of “going all in” on your idea.

At a recent Together event, Andrew D’Souza—renowned builder in the Canadian tech ecosystem and current Founder of Boardy—engaged with the audience in a candid Q&A, offering thoughtful insights on the importance of fully committing to what you believe in.

A few takeaways for Founders

Find your believers. If you were doing something that was obvious to everyone, it would be done before. All you need is to find a few that believe in what you’re building. Whether it’s an investor, Co-Founder or customer.

Always be authentic. People value authenticity and that’s something else to go all in on when it comes to building and launching your idea. A lot of it comes down to sharing your “why” and sharing the reason you are doing what you’re doing.

Go all in. You should have the mindset of making it work no matter what. If you have something you’re building, do everything you can to make it work. You don’t need to have a back up plan.
