The Canadian Technology Accelerator program accepts tech and life sciences companies for its April-November 2026 cohort. The program provides mentorship from VCs and executives, introductions to US investors and partners, and FDA regulatory guidance. Must have revenue  or $1M+ in funding.


Canada and Germany launched the Sovereign Technology Alliance on February 14

The two countries signed an AI joint declaration at the Munich Security Conference. Focus areas include secure compute infrastructure, AI research commercialization, and talent development. Germany will be Country of the Year at All In conference in Montreal this September.

Fourteen startups won CIX 2026 Startup Awards

Climate tech, health infrastructure, and enterprise AI dominated the winner list. Consumer apps were absent from the top tier. The judges prioritized companies building foundational infrastructure over applications.
