Beacon closed a $250M USD Series B in Nov 2025, reaching a 1B+ USD valuation and now supporting dozens of acquisitions across industries serving thousands of enterprises, hundreds of thousands of employees, 1M+ active users globally.

The visual communication platform is trusted by over 4 million scientists worldwide - bringing science to life and becoming the go-to tool for research teams across academia and industry.
Biossil - Toronto, ON
AI-native drug discovery platform developing targeted therapies for biologically defined patient populations - recently acquiring a major portfolio from Galera Therapeutics in a deal worth up to $105 million.
Blossom Social - Vancouver, BC
The #1 social investing platform for next-gen retail investors - named a Top 25 App by Apple and empowering hundreds of thousands of members to learn, share, and grow wealth together.
BorderPass - Toronto, ON
Automating immigration workflows for international students - bringing clarity, trust, and efficiency to a complex process that traditionally leaves people frustrated and confused.
Clio - Burnaby, BC
The world's most-adopted legal operating system - trusted by hundreds of thousands of legal professionals across 130+ countries, with 100+ bar endorsements. Clio completed the largest M&A in legal tech history by acquiring vLex for 1B USD and raised 500M USD Series G at a 5B USD valuation in Nov 2025.
Clutch - Toronto, ON
Canada's largest online used-car retailer, rebuilt after a 97% valuation crash, now profitable at 320M CAD revenue, Series D funded, 510 employees, expanding West.
CoBrand - Toronto, ON
AI-driven music marketing infrastructure empowering artists - reaching over 100 million creators and helping musicians amplify their reach without major label budgets.
Cohere - Toronto, ON
One of the world’s largest independent AI companies building enterprise-grade language models that compete with OpenAI and Anthropic on the global stage. Cohere is valued at 5.5–6.8B USD with 1.5B+ raised, serving Fortune 500 clients like Oracle, Dell, Notion as a pure-enterprise play.
CoLab - St. John’s, NL
The AI-powered EngineeringOS for hardware teams building complex products - helping engineering teams accelerate product development, preserve critical knowledge, and collaborate across global teams. CoLab is launching AutoReview (AI design review agent) and raised a 72M USD Series C in Nov 2025, positioning as the AI layer for hardware design.
ContactMonkey - Toronto, ON
Internal communications platform trusted by large enterprises - helping companies engage employees with better email campaigns, real-time analytics, and improved internal messaging. ContactMonkey is a bootstrapped-to-scale internal comms platform that crossed 10M+ ARR, then raised 55M USD Series A.
Deck - Montreal, QC
Building “Plaid for the rest of the internet”- an API that turns any website into accessible data, powering fintech and climate-tech applications with utility and consumer data access. Deck raised 12M USD Series A in April 2025 from ex-Flinks founders, building AI data extraction for 100,000+ utility providers.
EvenUp - San Francisco, CA / Toronto, ON
AI that levels the playing field for injury victims- helping personal injury lawyers secure fair settlements by automating demand letters and case analysis at scale. EvenUp is a 2B+ USD unicorn with 150M USD Series E, having helped resolve 200,000+ cases and secured 10B+ USD in damages.
ExaCare AI - Toronto, ON / New York, NY
AI-powered operations platform transforming post-acute care - helping hospitals and senior living facilities automate admissions, reduce waste, and let nurses focus on patients instead of paperwork. ExaCare raised 30M USD Series A in Oct 2025, now powering 1,500+ facilities with agentic AI for admissions.
Felix - Toronto, ON
On-demand digital healthcare platform connecting Canadians with licensed practitioners for everyday health issues - from weight loss and erectile dysfunction to hair loss and menopause, prescribed online and delivered discreetly. Felix hit 150M CAD revenue run-rate with 80% YoY growth and profitability in Oct 2025.
Fullscript - Ottawa, ON
Integrating supplement prescribing directly into healthcare workflows - empowering practitioners with evidence-based recommendations and patients with convenient access to professional-grade supplements. Fullscript hit 1B USD revenue with a ~2.5B USD valuation, powering 100,000+ practitioners across 10M+ patients.
Gumloop - Vancouver, BC
The no-code automation platform making AI workflows accessible to non-technical teams - backed by Y Combinator and trusted by enterprises racing to adopt AI at scale. Gumloop raised 24.5M CAD Series A in early 2025.
Jane App - Vancouver, BC
Canada’s leading practice management platform for health and wellness practitioners - serving over 200,000 practitioners with scheduling, charting, billing, and AI-assisted clinical documentation. Jane closed a 500M USD financing at 1.8B USD valuation in May 2025 with 100M USD+ ARR, 200,000 practitioners at 50,000 clinics.
Jobber - Edmonton, AB
The operating system for home-service businesses - has 100M+ USD ARR, serves 200,000+ home-service pros, and raised a 100M USD Series D from General Atlantic.
Mantle - Toronto, ON
Creating liquidity in private markets by building the infrastructure for alternative investments- making it easier for investors to access and manage private assets with modern tools and transparency.
Moonvalley - Toronto, ON
Building the first fully-licensed AI video model for filmmakers and studios. Moonvalley raised 84M USD (154M USD total) in July 2025 led by General Catalyst, CAA, Comcast Ventures, and partners with Hollywood stakeholders on licensed content.
Nesto - Montreal, QC
Canada's largest technology-enabled mortgage lender, handling over $70 billion CAD in residential and commercial mortgages and serving 1,000+ employees across 10 offices nationwide.
Planned - Montreal, QC
Streamlining event planning for hundreds of enterprise clients- making it easier for global organizations to manage complex events at scale with intuitive tools and automation. Planned raised 35M USD Series B.
Puzzle Medical Devices - Montreal, QC
Developing minimally invasive heart pump technology that’s attracting global attention - offering life-saving cardiovascular innovation for patients with advanced heart failure. Puzzle raised 43M CAD in 2025 (second Series A) to advance clinical trials of ModulHeart with early promising safety data.
Remitian - Ottawa, ON
AI-powered tax payment platform unifying fragmented tax systems into one secure portal - helping accounting firms and businesses automate tax remittance, eliminate errors, and save hours of manual work.
Solink - Ottawa, ON
Cloud-based video security and analytics platform that turns existing cameras into AI-powered business intelligence tools - 60M USD Series C–backed (Goldman Sachs led) serving 35,000+ locations in 60 countries, helping retail, restaurants, and enterprises spot issues faster and optimize operations across locations.
Spellbook - Toronto, ON
AI copilot trusted by thousands of legal teams to draft and review contracts 80% faster - redefining how lawyers work and making legal AI the new table stakes. Spellbook raised 50M USD Series B at 350M USD valuation in Oct 2025, serving 3,000 - 4,000 legal teams and reviewing millions of contracts annually.
Stay22 - Montreal, QC
The contextual travel booking infrastructure empowering event and media publishers - powered by 3,000+ affiliate partners generating 372M USD in GMV in H1 2025 alone (187% YoY growth), helping millions of event-goers find accommodations with seamless AI-driven recommendations.
TurboPuffer - Toronto, ON
Building the fastest vector database infrastructure on the planet, powering AI applications for companies like Cursor and Notion with ~20x cost reduction and 1M+ writes per second, enabling production AI at hyperscale.
Wealthsimple - Toronto, ON
Canada’s most trusted modern finance platform, serving 3 million Canadians with everything from investing and trading to tax filing and spending—and recently surpassing $100 billion in assets. Wealthsimple hit 100B+ CAD in assets in Oct 2025, serving ~3M clients across multi-product offerings.
Xanadu - Toronto, ON
Pioneering photonic quantum computing and set to become the first publicly traded pure-play quantum company - putting Canadian deep tech on the global stage with a groundbreaking SPAC deal. Xanadu is merging with Crane Harbor to go public at a 3.6B USD valuation on Nasdaq and TSX, with 500M USD in new capital (including 275M USD PIPE).
