PROFILE
Today we meet Tali AI and the Founder behind this innovative solution that is sweeping the health tech landscape.
So, what is Tali?
Think of it as a voice virtual assistant for clinicians that helps them with documentation and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on their patients and save valuable time.
More context: Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, specializes in artificial intelligence solutions aimed at reducing the administrative burdens faced by physicians. Their flagship product is a voice-enabled virtual assistant that integrates seamlessly with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), allowing clinicians to dictate medical notes directly into the system. This technology leverages advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning to accurately transcribe medical documentation, even amidst background noise or diverse accents.
What inspired this idea and how did you build it?
Physician burnout is the number of issue in healthcare which is caused mainly by more than 15 hours of mundane administrative tasks per week.
We started by building a prototype and then began interviewing clinicians to see if the product solves their pain point. From there, it developed.
How has this idea been received?
We are documenting more than 6 million patient visits every year. Most of our growth has been through advocacy of clinicians and word of mouth.
The market reception of Tali AI's products has been overwhelmingly positive. Users commend the platform for its ease of use, accuracy, and efficiency in medical dictation. Reviews highlight its ability to handle complex medical terminology and its compatibility with various devices, including desktops and mobile phones.
