PROFILE 🔍
Today, we feature a company who will be joining us for an upcoming event. Meet Mash, and Jared Nusinoff, Founder and CEO.
Here’s what Jared shared about Mash and how it was built.
What is Mash?
Mash is your technical team’s AI-powered knowledge copilot. Built for B2B revenue teams selling complex or wide-scope products, Mash deploys intelligent agents that instantly answer internal and customer-facing questions—whether they’re about product specs, support issues, documentation, or edge-case use cases. It pulls from your company’s tribal, technical, and customer knowledge, stored across tools and docs, with full data segmentation built-in. In short: Mash helps your go-to-market team know what your best experts know, instantly.
What inspired this idea?
We lived this pain. As founders, we’ve been the sales engineers, the solution architects, the people scrambling to track down product info or explain edge cases. We saw firsthand how much time and revenue gets lost when knowledge is fragmented. When we spoke to dozens of GTM teams at the companies we’re building for, it was clear—this wasn’t just our problem. It’s everyone's.
What did building Mash look like?
Conversations. Lots of them. We started by sitting down with the people we wanted to serve—understanding how they work, what slows them down, and where knowledge bottlenecks happen. Then we built, tested, and repeated. It was messy, real-world iteration. And we started selling as early as possible to pressure-test every assumption.
What advice would you offer to those building today?
Every founder journey is unique, but here’s one universal truth: indecision will kill you. Choose. Move. Learn. Course correct. Waiting for perfect information or consensus is usually just fear in disguise.
What has been the hardest part of your journey so far?
The pivot. We went from a 14-person team to 4. We shelved our original product. And we had to start over—new idea, new direction, from zero. It was brutal. Not just emotionally, but because it affected people who believed in what we were building. Since then, every decision—from cofounders to hires to positioning—has felt high-stakes. And it is. The smallest “yes” or “no” can ripple into everything. The pressure is constant, but so is the learning.
Want to learn more?
Good news! Jared will be speaking at our upcoming Sales Event on May 20 in Toronto. Joining the likes of Evan Lee and Sales legend April Dunford, it’s sure to be an evening of brilliant takeaways and great insights from the sales space.
If you’re in sales, customer success, or a tech leader dealing with knowledge gaps, Mash is building the infrastructure that could change the way your team works—and wins. You also might learn something new from one of today’s Sales innovators.
