What inspired the creation of Accord?

Brothers Ross and Ryan Rich left their well-paying positions at Google and Stripe in November 2019 after working as sales representatives. They observed the challenges specific to sales and decided to create Accord, a platform aimed at addressing the needs of both B2B salespeople and buyers. They aimed to bridge the gap in the market by developing a comprehensive solution for B2B sales.

How did they get it started?

Ross and Ryan Rich, sales-focused brothers, partnered with Wayne Pan to develop their idea into a functional program due to their lack of programming expertise.

Today, they now have a successful platform with paying customers, serving as an online hub for B2B sales interactions. Unlike consumer sales, B2B sales typically engage around 14 people on the buyer side, leading to complexity in the decision-making process.

How is Accord different from its competitors?

Accord's platform, offered in free and paid versions, provides a unique solution by enabling collaborative sharing of sales progress, upcoming actions, and resources among all involved parties.
