Today we learn more about The Co-Founders Hub and how it’s supporting the unique journeys of a Co-Founder specifically.
We had the chance to chat with Tanis Jorge, Founder of TCFH (and Co-Founder at Trulioo) to learn more about the mission, building, and what the future holds.
What is TCFH?
TCFH is an accelerator that supports cofounders at any stage by offering:

Events & Networking: Exclusive events, retreats, and networking opportunities for cofounders.
What inspired this idea?
The truth is, that 65% of cofounder partnerships fail due to conflict, turning what should be a business’s greatest strength into a huge risk. I wanted to help others avoid that fate and turn their cofounder relationships into their biggest asset.
That's why I wrote The Cofounder's Handbook. But I knew I needed to offer more—something that provided long-term, personalized support for cofounders through every stage of their journey. And that’s how The Cofounder's Hub was born.
The Impact
The cofounder partnership is extremely intimate and unique.
The future of two or more people becomes intricately tied and navigating that relationship can be extremely difficult. Yet, few give it the time and effort it deserves, until it's too late. There are so many horror stories about cofounder partnerships gone wrong that people, once aware it's available, welcome guidance to do it right. I approach partnerships not from an academic or life coach perspective but from someone who's been in the trenches. Entrepreneurs appreciate that.
The Future
What does the future look like? Launching!
We are excited about our launch of the Cofounder Mastery Series. This program is designed to help entrepreneurs:
1) Identify their unique contributions to their business partnership.
2) Develop a customized plan for cofounders to collaborate effectively. Essential for all partnerships, from those in startups to established ventures.
Additionally, we will host our first cofounder retreat experience. We aim to make it so unforgettable and valuable that cofounders will put it on their "Must Do" list, once a year.
Advice for future (or present) Founders
“Don't buy into the idea that it will be easy, that you are owed success, and that you can build something great without hard work and sacrifice. On the flip side, once you succeed, don't buy into the idea that your success is ‘unfair’ or ‘lucky’. You earned it, enjoy it.”
